Ingredients

  • 3 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1.25 cups warm water
  • 1 package active dry yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Instructions

  • Dissolve yeast in warm water and let it foam.
  • Mix in flour, salt, and oil.
  • Knead for 10 minutes until elastic.
  • Let it rise for 1 hour.
  • Bake at 375°F for 30-35 minutes.
