- 2 salmon fillets (150g each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill

Preheat oven to 180 °C / 350 °F.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the tray.

Brush with olive oil, sprinkle dill, salt, and pepper, then drizzle lemon juice.
