Ingredients

  • 200g firm tofu
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium)
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Directions

    Pat tofu dry and cut into 2 cm cubes.

    Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

    Add tofu cubes and sauté until golden brown on all sides (about 5 minutes).

    Remove tofu and set aside.

    In the same pan, add ginger, garlic, broccoli, and bell pepper; stir-fry 3 minutes.
