Ingredients
- 200g firm tofu
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium)
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Directions

Pat tofu dry and cut into 2 cm cubes.

Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add tofu cubes and sauté until golden brown on all sides (about 5 minutes).

Remove tofu and set aside.

In the same pan, add ginger, garlic, broccoli, and bell pepper; stir-fry 3 minutes.

Return tofu to the pan, pour soy sauce, and toss to coat evenly.

Serve hot, sprinkled with sesame seeds if desired.
