- 3 large bell peppers
- 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
- 100g lean minced beef or lentils (vegan option)
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp oregano
Directions

Preheat oven to 180 °C.

Cut the top off each pepper and remove seeds.

In a bowl, mix rice, beef (or lentils), tomato, olive oil, and oregano.
